Effective communication is at the core of every successful personal and professional relationship. If you work a 40-hour week, you spend at least 2,000 hours a year at work, so it's important to spend that time communicating effectively with colleagues, clients and the public. You want to talk so that people listen-and listen so that people talk.
In this area of your coaching, I will guide you through the process of becoming a more effective communicator. We will explore the four basic communication styles, determine where you fall on that spectrum and learn how to converse with individuals in the other three quadrants. You'll also learn how to form and nurture new business relationships, and enroll others in your mission at work and at home.
